Period Styles: Edwardian
The Edwardians believed in letting in the light. They often had a coloured design; organic or stylized floral shapes set into a clear or pale coloured background glass. The designs often had a 'solid' and symmetrical or handed look. The period style was at its height from the early 1900s to around 1918 but there are no hard and fast cut off dates and older styles continued to be popular well after the height of their influence.
